The invoice per country of delivery represents your VAT invoice for each country where you have received deliveries and/or supplies of services. The individual invoices are issued in the language and the currency of the corresponding country of delivery/service, as well as in your national language, and the invoice total is converted into the currency agreed with you as the currency of payment.

The document shows the following information:

• All products and services added up
  (if required by law: individual transactions)
• The corresponding volume/quantity, incl. unit of quantity,
  unit price and the relevant partial amounts
• All fiscal information necessary with regard to deduction
  of input tax and reimbursement of foreign VAT

For participants of the UTA VAT Reimbursement Service, we will arrange for a free of charge forwarding, in due time, of the original invoices issued for foreign countries to our service partner. This procedure helps you to gain precious time. Of course, we will provide you with the relevant copies of your invoices concerned.
