Reverse Charge Statement

The Reverse Charge (RC) statement shows all transactions regarding deliveries and/or services received in EU Member States – with regard to the corresponding accounting period - which have been invoiced excluding VAT and according to the Reverse Charge procedure. “RC” means “reversal of tax debt“, in other words “you owe the corresponding VAT to the fiscal authorities
of the country where your company’s registered offi ce is located“.

UTA customers based in Germany are excluded thereof. They do not receive the said statement, due to the fact that services provided to German customers in EU Member States will be invoiced by applying German VAT.
